01 — Proposal Generation & Acceptance (24–48 hours)

We assess your electric usage, roof space & orientation, and main panel rating (plus a look at recent bills) to design a right-sized system.
After you sign, we schedule your site inspection within 24–48 hours.

02 — Site Visit (~1 hour)

A trained site inspector documents roof conditions, electrical panel(s), and any subpanels (inside/outside the home or garage). We may peek at the attic, confirm rafter spacing, and review garage layout for battery/EV charger placement.

03 — System Design (1–2 days)

Our engineering team prepares your electrical and mechanical drawings for permitting. We’ll present the plans for your approval before submission.
If an electrical upgrade is needed, we’ll communicate it upfront—no surprises.

04 — Permits, Interconnection & HOA (~2–3 weeks)

After you approve the design, we submit permits to your local building department, interconnection to your utility, and handle HOA paperwork if applicable.
Permitting times vary by city/county/utility, but we typically see ~2–3 weeks. Your PM will keep you updated.

05 — Installation (1–2 days)

06 — Inspection (same week as install, when available)

We schedule and host the building inspection. Your PM will notify you in advance; the appointment typically takes just a few hours once it’s on the calendar.

07 — Permit to Operate (PTO)
